Lesson 05 - Gluing the Deck

In the last class, we left the board ready to close, and in this class we will close it completely. For this, we will glass the deck and synchronize this glassing with the closing of the board, in order to form a cold weld, a perfect bond, increasing the structural strength of the board.

We will cover the following topics:

-Prepare the deck plank
-Trim the outline
-Prepare the reinforcement fabric
-Reinforcing fabric lamination
-Closing the board, gluing the deck
